Jacob Rose (he/him) is a botanist and invasives specialist working with Institute for Natural Resources – Portland (INR-PSU) and PSU’s Center for Lakes & Reservoirs. In addition to field work related to invasive species, Jacob administers the Oregon iMapInvasives Program and Oregon Invasive Species Hotline. Jacob assists other organizations make informed invasive species management decisions.

When not at work, Jacob is puttering in his vegetable or native plant gardens, catching up on soapy Spanish dramas, or learning about the geography of far-flung places.
