Alison manages public partnerships for INR. She directs the USGS-PSU Partnership (UPP), a collaboration with the US Geological Survey's Oregon Water Science Center (ORWSC). In this role, she helps catalyze joint research projects, develop student research opportunities, and break down administrative barriers to create a model university-public agency partnership. She also supports other public partnerships and leads workforce development initiatives, particularly focused on the water workforce.
