All attendees, including speakers, are responsible for all hotel reservations.
A select number of rooms are available at the Hilton Garden Inn Corvallis at a special group rate until the beginning of October 2007. Rooms at this special rate are available on a first come first basis. Please mention that you are with the At the Crossroads conference upon booking. Reservations can be made online or by contacting them directly at (541) 752-5000.
The Hilton Garden Inn Corvallis is across the street from the OSU’s LaSells Stewart Center and CH2M Hill’s conference facilities.

Conference Facilities and Parking
The CH2M HILL Alumni Center is a beautiful 45,000 square foot meeting and conference facility at Oregon State University. It is located on 26th Street off of Western Boulevard, in Corvallis, across from Reser Stadium (formerly Parker Stadium).

From I-5, take Hwy. 34 exit to Corvallis (exit 228), heading west. Follow Hwy. 20/34 ‘Ocean Beaches’ sign (left-turn at traffic signal before crossing the Willamette River). Turn right on 26th Street left on Western Blvd. Your first right turn off Western is the Reser Stadium parking lot |

From Highway 99 Southbound Highway 99W becomes 4th St. Make a right turn on Western Blvd. Take another right turn on 26th St. Travel one block and the CH2M HILL Alumni Center will be on your right. |

From Highway 99 Northbound Go over the Mary’s River Bridge. Make a left turn on Western Blvd. Make a right turn on 26th Street. Travel one block and the CH2M HILL Alumni Center will be on your right. |
Parking: |
Parking is $5/day at Reser Stadium, which is adjacent to the CH2M-HILL Alumni Center. Three pay stations are located within the parking lot. Bicycle parking is located in the Center’s north entrance. Vehicles parked in permit spaces before 5 pm on weekdays will be ticketed. |

Vehicles with public (E) license plates may park free in any unmetered space. |

Those with handicap permits can park for free in metered spaces. |
